Technical Requirements
In order to fully exploit ProCKSI's functionality you need to fulfill the following requirements. The current status is given in paranthesis:

Cascading Style Sheets (

Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) are used to display the content with a unique corporate design on all pages.

JavaScript is used to provide you with additional functionality and checks.

Session cookies used to identify your session and data unambiguously and will be deleted again.

Java applets are used to visualise the results of the calculation.

Additionally, a VRML player is needed to view dynamic images of proteins in 3D.
